The World and Everything in It joins RefNet's weekend lineup
WORLD's radio news magazine The World and Everything in It has joined Ligonier Ministries' RefNet weekend lineup. RefNet is 24-hour-a-day Christian internet radio featuring preaching, teaching, music, audiobooks, news, and more. Starting today, TW&E will air on RefNet every Saturday and Sunday at 1 p.m. Eastern Time.
TW&E now airs on more than 260 radio stations across the country. Be sure to check out our station list to find out when and where TW&E airs this weekend near you.
In addition to RefNet, we have several other great alternative listening options: You can listen online, or download an mp3 file of the entire program or individual segments and take it with you to listen to wherever you go. Even better, subscribe to our free podcast via iTunes or our RSS feed and never miss another program. We're also available for your mobile device through the Stitcher and TuneIn apps.
Here are some highlights from this weekend's program:
Campaign 2012, Cal Thomas on President Obama's shrinking political base, final installment of "Let the Candidate Speak," Benghazi scandal update and review, voting on education, four states to vote on marriage, Joel Belz, Democrats all in on abortion, Warren Cole Smith on markets and the economy, a "Notable Speech" by Ronald Reagan, Megan Basham reviews Skyfall, Nigerian church bombing, International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church, The History Book, and more.
So while you're relaxing or raking leaves this weekend, tune in to The World and Everything in It. "It's like NPR from a Christian worldview," writes Gospel Coalition blogger Trevin Wax.
