Q: How can I stop my subscription from automatic renewal?
A: Auto-renew subscriptions offer a discounted rate and paperless billing. To opt out of auto-renew, go to My Account > View My Activity Update Preferences > View My Activity> Memberships. Then, select the Auto Renewal Option for each individual membership.
Q: How can I update my saved credit card information?
A: Go to My Account > View My Activity Update Preferences > View My Activity> Memberships> Auto renewal settings > Change payment options > Add new card > Make default. Then, simply save your settings.
Q: How can I pay an outstanding balance?
A: Go to My Account > View My Activity > Update Preferences > View My Activity > Open invoices.
Q: What if I did not receive an email reminder of my recent charge?
A: We recommend checking your junk/spam folder. You can check your order history for any recent charges or view receipts.
Q: How can I renew my subscription or gift subscription?
A: Go to Shop, then select subscription type from the dropdown menu. Add to Cart > Checkout, then select shipping address. Continue > Review your order > Place your order. Any discounts will be applied at checkout.

Q: How can I add more subscriptions?
A: Go to Shop. Enter the quantity of memberships you want for each publication (you will have the option to input multiple addresses at check out). Select the subscription type from the dropdown menu. Add to Cart > Checkout > Select the shipping address. For new addresses, please select Ship to multiple addresses > Continue > Review your order > Place your order. Any discounts will be applied at checkout.
Q: When will my first issue arrive?
A: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your first issue to arrive. Your digital subscription starts immediately. View articles and access the current issue and archived issues online.

Q: What is the difference between a site user and a subscriber?
A: Site user accounts are free. By creating a profile, you can view all WORLD Digital and WORLD Radio content and up to five articles per month of WORLD Magazine content. Digital subscribers have full access to every section, and print + digital subscribers have full access while also receiving magazine issues in the mail. Q: How can I share articles with the paywall?
A: You can easily share articles with your friends and family members by copying and pasting the link into your desired platform. Anyone can access the full array of WORLD Digital and WORLD Radio content, and up to five articles per month of WORLD Magazine content for free.
Q: What happened to my family member account?
A: WNG.org no longer hosts family member accounts. However, your family members can log in using the primary account holder’s credentials for full access or create a free profile to register as a site user.
Q: What do I do if I forgot my password?
A: Click here, enter your email address into the form, and submit. If the email address is found, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, you will be logged in. You may click on Lost Your Password? at the bottom of the login page. The login page can be accessed by clicking on Welcome, Guest on the upper-right-hand side of the page and then clicking Login. Q: What do I do if my password does not work?
A: Check the caps lock on your keyboard. The username and password are case sensitive. You may also want to check the expiration date of your subscription to make sure your account is still active. To find the expiration date of your subscription, look on the mailing label of your print magazine (as seen in red below) or contact our Member Services team at (828) 435-2981.

A: Login to the website and then click on My Account. Click the link that says Reset Your Password in the Manage My Account section. Your email address and password will be displayed. Under the Password field, click Change Password. Fill out the form and your new password will be in effect.
