Bucks defeat Suns for NBA title
For the first time in 50 years the Milwaukee Bucks are the champions of the NBA. The Bucks closed out the series against the Phoenix Suns in game six on their home floor on Tuesday night. The final score was 105 to 98.
Who were the leaders on the court? Two-time MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo led the way with 50 points and 14 rebounds. Chis Paul led the Suns with 26 points. For the series, Antetokounmpo averaged 35.2 points, 13.2 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game while shooting 61.8 percent. He had recovered from a knee injury in the weeks leading up to the series.
