Campaign finance reports released Saturday showed that former President Donald Trump raked in roughly $35 million in funding from his campaign and his Save America political action committee between April 1 and June 30. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis took in roughly $20 million in the second quarter. He has burned through roughly $8 million since his campaign began late in May.

How are things looking among Democrats? President Joe Biden amassed roughly $72 million in funds for his campaign and the Democratic National Committee in the second quarter. His campaign said that 97 percent of its donations were $200 or less and that the average grassroots donation was under $40. Biden’s campaign currently boasts $77 million in cash on hand.
