Ligonier makes all Sproul teaching series free going ahead
Florida-based Reformed organization Ligonier Ministries said Tuesday that all of founder R.C. Sproul’s teaching series were now available for free streaming. More than 500 hours of teaching and over 150 video and audio series would be permanently accessible online and in the Ligonier app, the ministry said. It hoped that his work would be used by many believers around the world, mentioning that demand for the materials was rising in the Philippines, India, and Nigeria.
Sproul, who died in 2017 at the age of 78, was a well-known Reformed preacher and author who often taught on the holiness and sovereignty of God. His available sermon series include teachings on many different books of the Bible as well as topical studies and courses on apologetics. In 1971, he helped establish the Ligonier Valley Study Center in western Pennsylvania, which eventually became Ligonier Ministries.
