Biden team finds second batch of papers marked classified
President Joe Biden acknowledged Thursday that a document marked as classified from his time as vice president was found in his personal library at his home in Delaware, along with other documents in his garage. That announcement comes just days after the disclosure that a different batch of sensitive papers was found at a Washington think tank where he had an office. How is this being investigated? The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability on Wednesday launched an investigation into the documents, and the House Intelligence Committee is seeking a damage assessment from U.S. intelligence agencies. Biden told reporters at the White House that he was “cooperating fully and completely” with a Justice Department investigation into how classified documents are stored.
