We will not solve the "homelessness crisis" without addressing all too easy divorce. We also must point out the NIMBY and BANANA ethos undergirding so much restrictive zoning laws ("Not in My Backyard!" and "Build Absolutely Nothing Anywhere Next to Anything") And let's concede that our education system doesn't yield up enough men skilled in the construction arts, despite years of Mike Rowe publicity of the great incomes available in the trades.
