Rudy Giuliani, the former New York City mayor, leads Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) 45-40 in a hypothetical Senate showdown next year, according to a new Zogby poll. Mr. Giuliani leads upstate, 43-38. Sen. Schumer holds New York City, 49-38. Sen. George Allen, GOP Senate campaign chief, wants Rudy in. Rudy hasn't ruled it out.
