Trump names new Russia, Ukraine envoy
President-elect Donald Trump on Wednesday said he intends to nominate former Army Lt. Gen Keith Kellogg as a special envoy to Ukraine and Russia. Kellogg served in Trump’s first presidential administration as national security advisor.
Did Trump provide further details about this position? Kellogg would help the United States secure peace through strength, Trump said. Trump said Kellogg would officially hold the post of special advisor to the president while working to address the situation in Ukraine.
