President Donald Trump will announce his next Supreme Court nominee at 8 p.m. EDT Monday, Fox News reported. News media in the nation’s capital clawed for inside information on the process and reported the president had narrowed his list to between three and six nominees, including federal appeals judges Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, and Raymond Kethledge. Vice President Mike Pence has also met with some of the contenders for the Supreme Court vacancy created by Justice Anthony Kennedy’s retirement.
