Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russia fired at least 85 missiles at Ukraine today.

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg called an emergency meeting Tuesday for the alliance’s envoys to discuss the events close to the Ukrainian border in Poland.
