Driver arrested for plowing into Mardi Gras crowd
A vehicle drove into a crowd at a Mardi Gras parade in New Orleans today, injuring at least 28 people. Police arrested a suspect for driving while intoxicated. They said they did not believe terrorism motivated the incident, which happened about 6:45 p.m. Twenty-one people were hospitalized after the crash.
