Christian apologist shares gospel on Joe Rogan’s podcast
Wesley Huff, a Christian apologist, appeared on the Joe Rogan podcast Tuesday and for several hours discussed the Bible and a recent debate he’d had with atheist author Billy Carson. Some evangelicals have deemed the conversation, which has reached millions of viewers already, the most wide-reaching presentation of the gospel ever.
Throughout their conversation, Huff explained his testimony, which involved what he described as the miraculous healing of a paralysis that plagued his lower body when he was young. He also explained his choice to learn the languages and history that informed the Bible.
How did someone like this get on Joe Rogan’s podcast? A self-described expert on ancient civilizations and spirituality, Carson has argued that the universe is a holographic matrix. In a debate between the two, Huff delivered what many characterize as a sound defeat of Carson’s arguments. Huff told Rogan that Carson responded by threatening to sue if the debate was released.
