`At least five dead in Northeast rains


Authorities said on Sunday that flooding in Pennsylvania had caused the deaths and that several more people were missing. One of those killed was a mother who was swept away with her 9-month-old son and 2-year-old daughter. Police are still looking for the children.

Is this flooding just in Pennsylvania? Across the Northeast, numerous states were under flood warnings and at risk of severe weather. Hundreds of flights were canceled due to weather concerns. Vermont received roughly two months of rain in two days last week.
