NICK EICHER, HOST: Tao Porchon-Lynch is an athlete with an impressive resume. She’s a competitive ballroom dancer, having earned seven first-place titles. Four years ago she appeared on America’s Got Talent.
She’s also a yoga instructor of some renown. She earned a Guinness world record as the world’s oldest yoga instructor—at age 93.
But that’s old news! Seven years on, she’s still performing feats of flexibility, and dancing up a storm at age 100!
LYNCH: I see all of my students that are so precious to me and that have done so much to keep me doing things in life, and so that’s why I’m here today.
She’s still going despite four hip replacement surgeries!
REICHARD: Mmmmaybe not despite. Maybe because of?
EICHER: Not a bad point!
It’s The World and Everything in It.
