They had one job: Make sure there’s enough cheese. But no.
An official with the Big Cheese Festival in Brighton blamed stormy weather for the problem. Many vendors just didn’t show up.
Festival organizers apologized on their Facebook page for the fiasco. They also made a cheese offering: next year, patrons who felt “cheesed” … or not “cheesed” enough … will receive half-off the admission price.
