NICK EICHER, HOST: Online retailer Amazon typically drops packages off. But one of Amazon’s independent contractors working in the UK made a pick up.

Wilma’s owner reported the alleged theft to Amazon customer service, to no avail.
So he emailed Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos directly. Bezos put the situation right and got Wilma back to her bereft owner.
About that delivery man: let’s just say he’s made his last dropoff — or pick up — for Amazon.
