The Wai’oli Hui’ia Church on the island of Kaua’i in Hawaii traces its roots back to the Wai’oli Mission, which American missionaries established in 1834. The current building dates to 1912, and the Wai’oli Hui’ia congregation has been affiliated with the United Church of Christ since 1957. Prior to 1957, Wai’oli Hui’ia was a Congregational church.
