Police guard a bullet-riddled truck in the French Riviera city of Nice hours after Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, a 31-year-old French-Tunisian Muslim, drove it into a crowd watching a Bastille Day fireworks display on July 14. Bouhlel killed 84 people and injured 308 in an attack claimed by ISIS, and was ultimately shot dead by police.
