ASHLEY JEAN YEAGER, a 39-year-old who, following a 2022 heart transplant, donated her old heart to the Mütter Museum of anatomical specimens in Philadelphia. The museum has now paused anatomical donations while it reviews its display policies, The Wall Street Journal reported.
