University of Florida student Andrew Meyer to campus police seconds before they used a taser weapon to subdue him after he disrupted a Sept. 17 speech by Sen. John Kerry. Video of the incident was posted on YouTube, sparking debate about whether police used excessive force to remove Meyer.
