California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger on special funding for Nebraska, dubbed the "Cornhusker Kickback," that Sen. Ben Nelson put into the Senate's healthcare bill. The governor, a past supporter of the bill, says California lawmakers should get similar deals or vote against the bill.
