Lawyer DAVID HOOD, disputing a school investigation of his client, a South Carolina kindergarten teacher, accused of forcing two 5-year-old girls to eat Moon Pies they had discarded after taking only one bite. Citing insufficient evidence, prosecutors dropped the case against the teacher, who had been scheduled for trial Dec. 22 on child cruelty charges.
