Captain of the 1980 "Miracle on Ice" U.S. Olympic team Mike Eruzione, on suspended hockey player Todd Bertuzzi, who attacked an opponent from behind, breaking two vertebrae in his neck. Mr. Bertuzzi, who delivered a tearful apology after the fact, will miss at least the rest of the season and playoffs, and may face criminal assault charges.
