University of Missouri sophomore ELIZABETH NOCE on her encounter at a college party attended by 47-year-old Iowa State basketball coach Larry Eustachy. The Des Moines Register last week published photos of him partying with college students in Columbia after an Iowa State loss to Missouri, holding a beer can and kissing young women. Two days after the photos appeared, Mr. Eustachy admitted he was an alcoholic, saying that he would seek treatment and that he was sorry but he would not resign as coach.
