Bill Janklow speeds when he drives-shouldn't, but he does.
U.S. Rep. Bill Janklow (R-S.D.), speaking of himself in the third person during a 1999 speech in which he was unapologetic about his notorious driving habits. Mr. Janklow resigned his House seat last week after a jury found him guilty of manslaughter for running a stop sign while driving 79 mph through an intersection and killing a motorcyclist.
