Brian Oxman, attorney for the family of Michael Jackson, after a warrant was issued last week for the pop star's arrest on charges of child molestation. Ten years ago, Mr. Jackson settled out of court a case in which a 12-year-old boy made a similar accusation.

Eleven-year-old De-Vonce Taylor of Compton, Calif., on why he didn't say much as he helped dish out food at a senior citizens home last week. De-Vonce used his entire savings-$125-to pay for the pre-Thanksgiving dinner for seniors at St. Timothy's Manor. "Spending a bag of money like that on a bunch of old people, it's a blessing," said one of the seniors, Lena Bonds.
