‘Password’

A common password on federal computer systems, according to a report by the Republican staff of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. U.S. Rep. Martha Roby, R-Ala., on pro-abortion advocates’ reluctance to speak the word “abortion” and preference for such terms as “women’s health” and “reproductive rights.” Roby was speaking in support of the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act, a bill that bans federal funding for abortion through Obamacare and requires insurance companies to show which plans cover abortion. The House passed the measure, but the Senate is unlikely to consider it.

Dylan Farrow, daughter of Mia Farrow, in a Feb. 1 New York Times column after Allen received the lifetime achievement award at the Golden Globes. Dylan Farrow in 1993 accused Allen of sexually abusing her (Allen was never charged) when she was 7 and Allen was in a relationship with Mia Farrow. Allen’s latest award prompted her to speak out publicly for the first time about the abuse.

‘This new generation, they don’t have a clue.’

Mannwell Glenn, a political consultant in Philadelphia, on criminals ignoring the old code of not hurting women and children after a recent string of purse snatchings and shootings in the city.
