‘It’s a bipartisan swamp.’

U.S. Rep. Tim Huelskamp, R-Kan., on Donald Trump’s promise to “drain the swamp” in Washington, D.C. Huelskamp, an ardent conservative, lost his reelection bid against an establishment-backed primary challenger who said he should have done more to work with his party.
