Distraught, unidentified U.S. fighter pilot, in a 2003 cockpit video leaked to the press last week, upon learning that he and a co-pilot had fired on British soldiers they had mistaken for Iraqis. The friendly fire incident killed Lance Cpl. Matty Hull and wounded four other soldiers. The recording captured the sound of one of the pilots crying.
