The U.S. Secret Service acknowledged that Iran’s state-run media aired a video threatening the life of President Donald Trump’s youngest son, 20-year-old Barron Trump. Spokesman Nate Herring told WORLD on Tuesday that the agency knew of the video and planned to investigate anything perceived as threatening to protectees.
What kind of threats were made? Herring refrained from sharing more details out of concern for operational security. It remained unclear when the state-run media outlet supposedly ran the video, or what kind of threats were voiced.
