One killed in shooting at Washington state high school
One person was killed and three others were injured Wednesday at a shooting at a Washington state high school. Authorities responded to reports of a shooting late Wednesday morning at Freeman High School in Rockford, Wash., south of Spokane. Sheriff Ozzie Knezovich said the suspect was in custody, according to The Spokesman Review, and Fire Department spokesman Brian Schaeffer said the threat had been eliminated. The school is no longer on lockdown, according to an announcement by Spokane Public Schools on Twitter.
