More details emerge in UVA, Idaho killings
Four University of Idaho students were stabbed to death in their beds with a very large knife last weekend, the Latah County coroner told a local cable news station on Friday. Coroner Cathy Mabbutt also said the assailant had to be quite angry to stab four people to death. Police have still not identified a suspect or found a weapon, according to Police Chief James Fry of Moscow, Idaho. Two roommates were in the home at the time of the stabbings.
What about the University of Virginia killing? A medical examiner has concluded that each of the three football players died from being shot in the head. The killing is not related to the stabbings in Idaho, but they both affected college communities and occurred just hours apart. The suspect in the Virginia case, Christopher Darnell Jones Jr., faces charges of second-degree murder, as well as other charges related to the incident.
