Globe Trot: Jobs and quantifiable prosperity in Haiti

HAITI: I’m wrapping up nearly a week in Haiti looking at what works for Haitians in an aid-saturated economy. The good news is some efforts are working, producing jobs and quantifiable prosperity. More to come.

EGYPT is in the midst of a constitutional referendum with lower voter turnout than expected.
