Five killed in Louisville shooting
A fifth victim has died from wounds sustained in a mass shooting Monday morning at a bank in downtown Louisville, Ky . Officers arrived at the scene minutes after the shooting started and exchanged gunfire with the suspect, killing him, said Louisville Metro Police Department Deputy Chief Paul Humphrey. Police said the suspect also wounded eight others, including two police officers, one of whom is in critical condition.
Who was the shooter? The shooting suspect, identified by police as 25-year-old Connor Sturgeon, was an employee of Old National Bank for more than a year, according to his LinkedIn profile. He reportedly opened fire with a rifle during a morning meeting at the bank, and tried to stream video footage of his attack online.
