Police shot and killed a masked man Thursday in a movie theater in southwestern Germany, where he took several hostages. The man, armed with a rifle, entered the Kinopolis movie theater in the town of Viernheim and fired a gun. The incident lasted a few hours, but no one else was hurt, police said.
