Abortion lawyers OK fetal tissue sales

In latest undercover video, Planned Parenthood executive says the organization's lawyers have figured out a way to make the practice legal

Planned Parenthood’s legal team is well aware the abortion giant sells tissue from aborted babies, in violation of federal law, and has worked up a scheme to keep its abortionists out of jail.

That’s the revelation in the latest video from the pro-life group Center for Medical Progress, released this morning.

The video (see below) features undercover footage from Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, where actors posing as tissue buyers met with vice president and medical director Savita Ginde. Some of their meeting with Ginde appeared in the documentary-style video released Tuesday.

In the full footage, Ginde talks about how Planned Parenthood’s lawyer, Kevin Paul, helps keep the organization out of legal trouble.

“He’s got it figured out that he knows that even if, because we talked to him in the beginning, you know, we were like, ‘We don’t want to get called on,’ you know, ‘selling fetal parts across states,’” Ginde says.

The buyers ask, “And you feel confident that they’re building those layers?” to which Ginde replies, “I’m confident that our legal will make sure we’re not put in that situation.”
