NICK EICHER, HOST: Today is Tuesday, May 29th.
Thank you for turning to WORLD Radio to help start your day.
Good morning. I’m Nick Eicher.
MARY REICHARD, HOST: And I’m Mary Reichard. Coming next on The World and Everything in It: The latest in our regular series: The Olasky Interview.
EICHER: Today WORLD Editor in Chief Marvin Olasky sits down with Kay Coles James. Past leadership roles include secretary of Health and Human Services in Virginia, and director of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management in the George W. Bush administration.
She also founded The Gloucester Institute and has served on the boards of both Focus on the Family and Young Life.
REICHARD: But her biggest assignment may have started in January, when she became president of the Heritage Foundation, a leading think tank in Washington, D.C.
Read excerpts of Marvin’s recent conversation with Kay James in front of students at Patrick Henry College.
