Kicker: Revealing footage

MARY REICHARD, HOST: Dashboard cameras can be used to clear up the facts after a car wreck.

That’s what Xavier Moran of Palm Beach County, Florida tried to do after he got into a car accident. He showed police his dashboard footage to bolster his claim that he’d been cut off in traffic.

But the video reportedly showed something Moran was doing before the accident.

Police say it showed him wielding a baseball bat to bash in the glass door of a beauty store.

Moran now faces burglary charges.
