WORLD Radio - Kicker: Lost animals

MARY REICHARD, HOST: Kyle Krier of Concordia, Kansas was worried he might not see his black lab Bo ever again.

When Kyle’s wife, Laura, let Bo outside to do his business, Bo spotted another dog, took off running, and didn’t come back. The couple searched frantically, to no avail.

Next day, someone called to say they spotted a black lab running around a field with other animals. It was about six miles away. So Kyle hopped in his red pickup, drove out to the field, and sure enough there was Bo, and he came running.

But he wasn’t alone! Kyle recorded the reunion on his phone.

KRIER: And look who I find him with. He’s got another dog with him. But oh wait, he’s got a goat in tow! Hey goat, you wanna get in my truck too? Come on, hop in there. Yeah, everybody just get in! Yeah, just hop in! Yup, I’ve got a goat and two dogs in my truck.

The other dog and the goat belonged to Kyle’s neighbor. Everyone is now home safe and sound.

It’s The World and Everything in It.
