And now you can add another reason to the list. Government seizure of your plane!
It happened last week to 149 passengers in France about to take off for London. But authorities ordered their Ryanair Boeing 737 impounded.
So the passengers took a different flight and arrived five hours later.
Turns out, the budget carrier owed some money under a subsidy contract. Six hundred thousand dollars.
Ryanair paid up and the government released the jet a day later.
