Mark and Christina Rotondo in Camillus, New York spent months trying to get their unemployed 30-year old son Michael to get a job and a place of his own.
After giving him numerous demands in writing— the fed up couple took him to court.
Faced with immediate eviction— Rotondo told the judge—
ROTONDO: A 6-month notice to quit is a reasonable amount of time for someone who has been depending on persons for support.
The judge didn’t see it that way and ordered Rotundo out. He says he’ll appeal.
