It may not be the first time, but he has been the most blatant/brazen I can remember. There is no such thing as conflict of interest or ethics problems realistically in his first presidential term or this one. The rich get richer, the poor get poorer.
To me, the brazen arrogance and inhumanity is what makes it so revolting. Normal people try to hide their corruption. It's like when a normally docile or fearful animal aggressively attacks you. You know something is very wrong even before you see the foam around its mouth.
