"Pastor’s wife Kassie Andridge, 58, works in marketing for a pro-life pregnancy center in Wisconsin... this year, she plans to vote for Trump. While she finds his recent pro-abortion comments disheartening, she’s throwing her support behind him because she wants “no part in supporting” the radical pro-abortion position of the Harris campaign. She said the presence of a Planned Parenthood mobile clinic offering free abortions at the Democratic National Convention—which she called “very ritualistic”—showed her the stakes of the election...”
Kassie Andridge like many, understands Duverger's Law, a pretty established mathematical principle in political science that in electoral systems such as ours, only two major parties emerge and votes for minor parties imply splitting votes away from the most similar major party, ergo not voting for the Republican candidate is effectively helping the Democrat. The reality is that for over a century now the US president has only ever been a Democrat or a Republican and this is still true come November 2024. Roe v. Wade 1973 has taught generations of Americans the wrong ideas seared in the consciences of many for half-a-century. Dobbs 2022 is just the beginning for us in having federal legal backing in reclaiming hearts and minds for the unborn. Don't retreat in moral purism, of course we need to win, the team that is more likely to listen to us needs to win, and we continue the good work in our communities and our states. We ought to vote for the ticket that may be less than ideal on abortion policy because it lessens its evil overall. Indeed, "to Andridge [and myself], backing Trump to keep Harris out of office is "the most responsible vote."
My Two Cents
Christian Collins represents every MAGA republican that I know. Seriously, calling certain voters idiots does little to endear them to the platform that belittles, jeers, and degrades anyone who holds different values. Pro-life people also love others, speak out for those that don’t have a voice, and show compassion for the helpless. None of those traits can be found in their candidate for president.
I'm pro-life, and Trump is not my candidate for president. The recent debate only solidified this.

Trump may not be as pro-life as I would like him to be, but he isn't as pro-death as Harris. I cannot vote for her, and I will not waste my vote on a 3rd party candidate.
So long as the majority believes that voting third party is wasting their vote, it will remain a self-fulfilling prophecy. I cannot in good conscience cast a vote for an arrogant, lying egomaniac like Trump, and I will not bow to the fear of 'wasting' my vote.
Countless heroes of the Bible succeeded by following God's commands even when they seemed counter-intuitive. Joshua and the battle of Jericho. Gideon and his 300 men. I will not be intimidated by those who claim that little cannot be much when God is in it.
Agreed Janet, I just cannot in good conscience let pro-death, pro-DEI, pro-inflation, pro-trans, pro-illegal immigration Harris win by not voting for President Trump.
